I read "Get Real: Helping Teens Find Their Future by Kenneth Carter Gray. I have a job teen go, and I read books, many young people in connection with Teen Jobs exploration. And 'I believe that this category is the best book vocational guidance. This book is very different from ten books out there like. The author is not about writing teen jobs or CVs or interviews or mechanisms to get the job. Search Instead, the author focuses on why young people should take an early career and the benefits of choosing your professional interests, while still in college.
The book is written very, offering a wealth of current information and statistics and original ideas. It 'obvious that the author did his doctoral work, because the depth of research is extraordinary. What I like most is the book that explains how to choose a profession is an individual experienceand one size does not fit all. For example, the author suggests that most people go to school because they think they alleged. He calls this idea and offers a good alternative for high school students. I also like how the author brings other challenges longstanding beliefs and the reader abreast of what really happens in real time in the labor market entry level.
Finally, I would recommend this book not only students from high school, but should be required readingfor all educators and parents.
